Cloud Flexibility

User Types – These are several types of users including administrator, users and guests. Administrators create and manage users and guests. Users have permission delegated to them by administrator but include the ability to manage folders, content and access to others users and guests. Many businesses are interested in storing

• Personal Folder – By default all users have personal folders that they can use to storage information privately. If desired a user can share a folder and it becomes a Team Folder
• Shared Folder – These are personal folders that a user shares with other users. Permissions are customizable by the owner.
• Team Folder – Data share with a team are shared with all users that have access to that folder. User limitation on what can be changed or deleted is also sup-ported.
• Management – Users, folders and Teams can be managed to give the desired authority to access, change and delete data by folders, teams and group policies. Management can also be delegated for the maximum flexibility.

Stored or Synchronized Data

Data can be either stored solely on our Cloud Storage platform or synchronized to your location or locations. The Cloud keeps track of changes and includes versioning built in so you don’t have to worry.
